Should i start affiliate website

Earlier i wanted to start a blog on smartphone reviews as i have some experience of article writing in past. Now I am growing my interest marketing towards affiliated.. however, after knowing a bit about affiliate programs, i only get to know that you have to sell other website products on your websites and they will give you commission based on that..
Thats it i know, if i am missing something about it can you please tell me more about it.

You need to keep your mind straight if you are to make money buddy.

if you keep changing your path, it will be tough making it.

Bro you basically NEED to write articles for them to purchase products from amazon. So if you have experience writing articles then go for it.
You just need domain,hosting,niche,a good theme,required plugins,and your articles. Write about 50-100 articles then search on google how to rank your website.

Yes..you have to write about the product
and no...because there are many 'types' or 'formats' to write those article in an affiliate website and not just ABOUT the product.

If you're talking about a pure Amazon affiliate website. Then you're required to pick a niche. For eg. Power tools, kitchen products, heavy appliances, electronic gears, photography or cameras, pet toys, basically any niche that has demand.

You have to write a review of each product from the category you select. Basically you're reviewing the products just like people review the products on Youtube. But in your case it will be in a text format .

Mobile niche is hard since there are many authority people already doing this on YT not saying its impossible you jusy have to be consistent with updates and reviews.

50-100 articles? and I was looking for ideas to rank my website after posting 2 articles
Btw, what is the minimum amount of articles I should post before try to find ways to rank the website? Any smaller number than 50?

You probably need 5 at least before you even start to rank with a new website... Maybe if you find really low competitive kws

If you are referring to an Amazon affiliate site. You're expected to decide on a distinct segment. For eg. Ability tools appliances that are heavy gears, drapes or photographs toys any niche that's a requirement.

Actually I got overboard with the article thing..hehe but As some great Blackhatter said CONTENT IS KING...i.e (ORIGINAL CONTENT IS KING)

I read that in the forum itself..So I wouldn't say no blackhatter but some blackhatter.

I dont think that posting on smartophone is the way to go. You need more than just 3 words lol. Layout research everything is very difficult on smartphone.
You need to do a proper research how are your competitors, what are their strengths, what can you do better etc. etc.

Bro i dont know what niche i should start off.. seems like there are so much competition and plus i dont have any tool for keyword research.. i am just blank right now

you need to search and decide the niche on your own. No ones helping you with that. Or you can hire someone for keyword research. That said...we all have replied everything you need to start. Rest is in your hands.

I cannot help you with your research.


But take an advice. Dont pick a niche that is lucrative in terms of money, but you have 0 interest in it. Writing long articles isnt a child's play, its hard and it gets 10x harder. When you dont love what you do.

You're mostly likely to quit before seeing any results, unless and of course if you're buying articles, then passion shouldnt be an issue.

Im actually planning to start a blog, but that wont generate me equal or near revene a AZ affiliate site would. But hey i would take less money and write about something i love, rather than make more money and hate it doing everday.
