Should I start a blog?

Unlikely. Your blog would have to rank organically if you wanted it to drive traffic to your IG. What is the goal of all this? You can surely drive some traffic to your blog from IG 9no organic rankings needed), but again why? Monetizing on your site?
Ask yourself what you want to achieve before just randomly starting a blog.
The intention is that I want to start a blog, is to get ads in the future and publish a free ebook to earn money, and when I learn more about SEO, etc., I can earn even more.
I want a blogg now because i don't need to "re-start" with it later on when i have more followers, and I want a link to my bio on Instagram "to fill it out"..

I having an active IG account with 23k followers but when driving traffic to my website it not working as I expected. I got very few visit from IG

This part is up to you, write down any idea, everything you are passionate about. what's your friends says about you etc. it will help you find the niche that suit you the most.

Share with yours followers, like their pics, comments and they will have the curiosity to check who you are. Give them the reason to visit your profile and check your blog.

So i can only download wordpress yoast? to get wordpress too? i mean should i download wordpress först then wordpress yoast or is it enough with wordpress yoast?

I'm going to give you a bit of sage advice that you will find that many of the expert members up here will tell you: check through the previous responses. If you have a following on Instagram that does not automatically mean that you're going to have a highly- ranked blog because it all very much depends on the topic that you're covering. If you decide to create a blog that highlights some of your adventures based on the pictures that you post on Instagram or do you like to provide a backstory to some of your Misadventures, that's one thing. Before you start signing up for 15 to 20 different affiliates, consider what your niche is going to be and how you want to be known. No one can automatically suggest the highest paying Niche to you because who would want to give away that much information and create competition. Do the homework, set up the design for your blog, shot creating the authentic content that would keep your followers, and use this form as the holy grail for methods for monetization as it is.

You can use affiliates with a free hosted site like Tumblr or just a basic WordPress site. You can choose to go on the Weebly or wix but what you have to consider as how your audience is going to take that as an internal perception. A long time ago I would have easily told you to go on Tumblr and it would have been socially acceptable, but with the progression of Instagram becoming as much of a business as an SEO expert, you want to consider what's your website is going to be named, purchase the domain, and start working on your WordPress website. The cost of hosting and your domain should be well under $30 but you should see one more than 10 times that and less than 60 days if you have developed a comprehensive marketing plan. Again check to the previous the threads would you not get yourself overwhelmed to the point where you find yourself signing up for five or six different affiliates in one day. My suggestion to you is to go to HostGator or Bluehost and start your processed from there. And consider looking at Google's AdSense certification, not just for your education, but for your site, and because that certification will work well for you as a standing credential should you choose to provide SEO services on marketing services in the future. Honestly? Sorry, I didn't read the topic besides the Original Post, but I believe you need to be very certain of what you want, trying to win few bucks with ads is fine and all, but blogs these days are extremely unpopular and there are several platforms with similar and better features. You need to have a plan and think on content to keep some traffic flowing, linking yourself with your popular social media accounts might be useful.
So you recommend a website insted of bloggning?
