ok, the proxylist question was answered in the meantime by a proxy provider.

for any others who are new to it and were asking the same: you get the ordered amount of proxies for the subscribed time. if some wont work you get new proxies for those not working.
at least it is at this provider who answered me pretty fast.

still the question about the amount and how long they aprox. last is still open next to the SB questions
