Should I sign up with Lead Impact?

I am looking to get into PPV. My network recommended I give leadimpact a try. I have heard good things about trafficvance but do not want to spend 1000$ to open an account right now. leadimpact is only 200$ to get started.

I can promote many different offers. CC, dating, games, business opportunities, etc... Does anyone have any experience with LI. I would love to talk to someone about PPV.
i got some tools to lookup keywords for campaigns like 'ultimate niche finder'

I'm currently making a killing with email marketing, but ready to move onto something else.

I have a LI account and used to get good enough conversions on them but in the last 6 months or so they've dropped in quality and quantity, but I know there are some people still making money with it. If you have a TV referral I will give you my LI account for it

same thing is going on with TV, but if you have $1000 to spare give it a shot. it used to convert really good 2 yrs ago now it's garbage.

What are the rates?
