So I have 2 websites. One is linking to the other one ( which is also ranked higher in google ) . Both websites earn the same amount.

Website 1- ( My main ) Gets visitors from google ( Not ranking in bing ). Ranked 9-10th. Also about 20% of traffic comes from the link that is one website 2.

Website 2- Links to website 1, gets it's traffic from bing/yahoo ( No google) . Ranked 20-30th in google.

I have an option of selling the 2nd website for £400 - basically nothing. ( It generates me £100+ a month, but every month the revenue is falling by 5-10%).

    1)Should I sell the 2nd website?
2)Should I link from website 1 to website 2 also? They have almost the same material ( same niche )

The bump wont help you find an answer. You are the one who knows the site so you should decide what to do with it

On the other hand put some effort into both websites, understand why the income is slowly reducing, improve / add further content and improve your rankings. Then both sites increase in SERPs and deliver a stronger return, then sell to the buyer at an inflated price on completion.
Personal thoughts. Let us know what you decide.

    Check out this thread: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...66563-what-my-site-worth-official-thread.html

And post the revenue details and explain it in a more better manner and you may get you to know the actual worth of your website. You could also ask the question whether its the right decision or not and I am pretty sure meathead1234(Best guy to talk about website flipping) could help you in getting an answer to that question.

I decided to keep the website. It has very high CTR of 11% ( because flash content doesn't load on mobiles/tablets => increases revenue. It's also a very valuable backlink to my first website. Now should I interlink the websites? Or keep them separate?

Keep both the websites and try to acquire some quality guest blog links from the relevant niche. If the two websites are related to each other then there is no issue in interlinking, you can do it.

It really comes down to whether you need the cash now. If not, it would seem in your best interest to develop the sites a little further and increase your MO they take.
