The bump wont help you find an answer. You are the one who knows the site so you should decide what to do with it

On the other hand put some effort into both websites, understand why the income is slowly reducing, improve / add further content and improve your rankings. Then both sites increase in SERPs and deliver a stronger return, then sell to the buyer at an inflated price on completion.

I decided to keep the website. It has very high CTR of 11% ( because flash content doesn't load on mobiles/tablets => increases revenue. It's also a very valuable backlink to my first website. Now should I interlink the websites? Or keep them separate?
