Should I scrape accounts followers for Jarvee use?

I want the bot to target account X followers. is it good enough to just add it to the list of the botted account ?

Should I pre scrape the followers using fake account ?
What is the easy way to do do for multiple accounts ?
I do have my own scrapping tools (I built) so I can create any list, but what is the easy way to send it to Jarvee ?
