Should I sale my Wordpress Blog?

I have got my exams coming on and after that i would be joining some college so wont be getting time to manage my blog, So i m thinking to sale it on flippa or wherever it can fetch good money...

i want some honest opinion since this is my first blog (may not be good) and to go away from the first thing is very heart breaking...

This blog is only 5 months old ... I have earned around $100per month till now... Only from adsense...
