Should I remove content or appeal it?

I work in the cannabis industry, I don't post pics of actual cannabis or people using them. Just the hardware. Two post were flagged by instagram. Is it best to just delete the images/videos or appeal the decision?

Best is to delete it, if you appeal and they strike on another post of yours, your account could literally get banned and never come back no matter how much you contact them.

It's safer to delete it and then find more ways to post more circumventing the policies

If you don't delete them, as others said, your accounts will suffer also for lower reach. So yeah, best option is to straight delete them.
