Should I regularly share posts on Facebook from a website with AdSense on it?

So, I have a website with AdSense on it which is not generating that much income as of now. And I thought about sharing every article I write on some Facebook groups on the niche the website is on.

Now, you would wonder: "Ok, so? Do it! It's so simple!" But, it's not. From what I've been reading, it seems AdSense doesn't like Facebook traffic. I don't know why. There are stories in which individuals got their AdSense accounts disabled because of some clicks from Facebook, which where considered to be invalid.

Is this true?

Facebook group perhaps. The guy on this thread don't have big fanpage.

I see no problem in doing this. Add great content and this will help to draw others in as well.

Social Media traffic is a big disaster for your AdSense account. It is one of the reason behind the suspension of accounts for invalid click activity.

Adsense is one of the best ads networks for making money through your blog. You need enough traffic to earn enough through Google Adsense.
Facebook is an excellent traffic source. So if you share your content on Facebook, you will get more traffic then your Adsense earnings will increase. You have no problem if you share your post daily on Facebook.
But be careful about spamming. If you think that you have a risk of invalid click on Facebook then you should not share too much. Otherwise, you can share.
Thanks.

There's no problem in using Adsense for FB traffic. Have been doing it for years without any issues.

Not only Facebook but also other social networking sites
