Should I register for an Amazon EU account?

Hi guys,
Currently, I have a French Website however before that, I registered an account (Amazon US) and use this French website to submit.
So far, I haven't had any sales yet. I need minimum 3 sales to Amazon review
Question: can I use the French website to submit on Amazon US?
What is the best way I should do it now?

I mean, I can use the French website to register Amazon US. Because as what I know, Amazon US Only accept English websites
