Then change something.

Instead of making 30+ minute videos, focus on something shorter. Would you sit and watch some guy play a game for 30 minutes? Unless he's really good at the game or a really entertaining person with his commentary, chances are that you probably won't.

For a start, make things like short compilations/highlights of interesting moments or fails/wins from your own games. See how it works out.

And as others have said, the niche is very saturated. Without promotion you won't get far unless you really stand out.

right now the competition is very intense so whoever travel long can be a winner too. Or choose the path lesser traveled.

So basically if we don't do something right we should quit? I guess not buddy. If the answer is "no" he should think "What should I watch then?" And then create such content. In thw Youtube game you need to be creative af....

Give cache title and thumbnail of your videos, make the videos duration shorter rather than longer.

Try promoting it, give it a lil twist making video Tutorials, talk about glitches, tricks in the game...

Get a little bit of boost like drip-fed high retention views. Target a few keywords and make the shit best content out of it, monetize when you're ready for it.
