Should I quit blogging?

Google takes time to index, it's one of the first things I learned here and in the field, at the beginning, you risk writing content only for yourself, so it's easy to get demoralized, but you have to give yourself a reasonable time to start seeing if there is it's some results, then naturally if after a year you have 5 visitors a day at that point you've wasted too much time.

exactly consistency is the key and have learnt alot from that and was able to create quality content

Why not try looking for a niche without using tools. (It may surprise you)

Pragmatic manual research, instead of "shiny object syndrome" monthly traffic stats.

Finding a niche can be tough, but don’t give up! Instead of looking for 'low competition' niches, focus on a specific angle within a broader niche—something unique or underserved.

For ranking, analyze what top pages are doing better (content depth, keywords, links) and refine your strategy. Build authority with consistent, high-quality content, and try targeting long-tail keywords—they're less competitive and easier to rank for.

It takes time, but with patience and adjustments, you'll see progress!
 
This is normal for the early stages. The only solution is to stick with it, man.
 
If I recall correctly, it took me over two years to earn my first $150 from Google Ads, and that was 15+ years ago when achieving rankings was considerably easier.

Today, making a blog successful requires a multifaceted approach. You need to combine blogging with social media platforms, video shorts, TikTok, and creative incentives—sometimes as engaging as offering free pizza or a cinema ticket —just to gain traction, even with high-quality content.

As with anything in life, patience and consistency remain the keys to success.
 
just be consistent, I believe you will get it in the long run. It can be frustrating and confusing when you are just starting but when you continue and stay consistent you get to learn alot and improve yourself.
 
You can take a break do something different organize your ideas sometimes google is a mess when is time to index content but you can soon get in the path and get your content indexed.
 
I think that you should not give up this business, if it at least somehow brings you profit or gives you pleasure
 
Focus on low-competition, long-tail keywords within broader niches and optimize for quality and user intent to improve indexing and rankings.
