I think it shouldn't be all publick but it's important for eveybody that new stuffers and blackhatters in general can get away with what they are doing and hopefully it will make it harder for the affiliate managers to develop/improve techniques to cath the rest of us. That will in the long run benifit all of us.

I have seen some new threads about Ebay banning people for either this or that and it would be a loss if all the neat tricks did come to their knowledge.

I have also seen some of the more respected members material (yes the latest and hottest stuff on this forum) be shared on other forums and the latest CS methods will soon be in the hands of Amazon, Ebay, CJ etc and we better try to educate as many as possible before too many noobs messes this up totaly. Better to spread the tactics and show newcomers how to tackle the affiliate manages and give them tips on realistic excuses to use. It could be a good knowledge base for all of us.

I belive that this will benifit all of us in the long run.

Maybe this could be put as a subforum or into a section of it's own? It shouldn't be public but not unreachable for those who want to and need that info. I think that the same rules as the CS access should be enough...

Well.. Realistic excuses. How can they check that or are they going to ban everyone who start to show some result on the selling? ;)

Or maybe even better... Why not start a thread about how to stay unde rthe radar? How to hide once Bh techniques among WH techniques in a good way? The problem as I see it is that too many newcommers jump on the BH train and have no knowledge or notion about how to do it in the right way to not get spotted and that's when they get those calls from their Affiliate managers.

Fully legal ways to drive traffic and the stay under radar thinking will make it hard for the affiliate managers to catch one as well as it won't be too secret for not beeing discussed.... At least a lot of it could be talked about openly.

Paul65359, you can't expect to walk into anything an succeed the first time flawlessly keep at it and you'll get the hang of it eventually.
 
Hey, don't just give up, if making money was too easy, there'd be a lot of rich people, so keep trying, remember, no pain no gain haha
 
And this is exactly why 90%+ of people fail at generating money online.
 
I feel you pain dude, everyone here has been through this same thing at least once - if not a dozen times.

I've had google bans, kicked out of aff programs, been done for incentivization, hell even threatened with copyright infringement notices from the lawyers ........ the trick is to get drunk, get over it, learn from it, move on and improve. Also I would advise to diversify nto a few different things so that when one of them goes belly up (and it will) it doesn't wipe you out.
 
Hi everyone again. Don't worry I won't be quitting anytime soon. I was just a bit traumatized with getting caught the first time. Kind of like popping my blackhat cherry...

Now that I've had time to think it over, it wasn't so bad. I was so close, the goal of getting that fat check will keep me going.

I don't really want to discuss the specifics, but I got caught because one of the people who stumbled upon my traffice method (website, ads, email, whatever) reported me to the affiliate network. Luckily I haven't been banned from the network yet.

I think I will lay low with that network and try some other ones, make the methods a little more white, although that originally campaign was damn profitable. The good one that got away, sigh... I can think of a few ways to try it again that are less blackhat, but also 10x less profitable.

I really wish I could discuss stuff with some experienced, trustworthy people. But you can't really trust anyone online or post in a public forum... kind of like trying to buy pot online, haha.
 
It's only profitable after you've cashed the check. By that rationale, filling out your own leads is EXTREMELY profitable.

Don't worry man, you will be alright. But always have a backup plan.

When I go blackhat, I just assume I will be caught at some point (even though I am really hoping I don't) so I always implement some type of logical cover story. I already got out of one close-call situation.

Be confident and act like you have nothing to be afraid of. Always be friendly too.
 
The thing is with blackhat is that its meant to get "FAST MONEY". Blackhat techniques are not a business. Its a short term fix to add to long term success.

maybe the same method wont work for ever but you can always come up with new ideas and twists, and i guarantee there's always some loopholes waiting to be discovered no1 cant think about everything...
 
Every black hatter gets fucked eventually. You should be prepared, don't put too many eggs in one basket and when you do get fucked get up and move on.

Yep, throw in the towel. You done. Not really.

Try something different for a bit while you retool your original idea. Eventually, you will get to the point where a good idea just hits you upside your head.

I always think of 'Colonel Sanders'. He never gave up. Believe it or not, he was 65 when he started KFC. The idea took a while to develop, but he just was mulling it over in his mind.
 
Can you get sued for doing these tactics? I have been testing some things lately, but do not want to get sued. what would a company have to do to sue you, and would they if you were to make under $1000 from them?
 
First rule of black hat- become friends with your affiliate manager. They make money when you do. They want to like you. Stay in touch with them so if they get pressure they can tell you to ease up a bit or take a short break. Also, the more credibility you can generate as a legitimate online presence (a good legit white hat blog for example), the less they will question you.

Come on man - keep it going. It's like any business - if it were easy, anyone would do it. Once you break through, the cash is great.
 
You should get a job, and start taking risks/invest. Buy some software/methods. I never made any money from no money online and I think that starting from scratch isn't for everyone.
