Should I put Like or Follow button on my home page?

I want to grow the number of people I can reach with Facebook, so I'v created a facebook page for my website. I want to promote this Facebook page on my site and need to decide if I should put Follow or Like button on my site. I have some questions:

1. If I put the Like button, does Facebook automatically make all the people that like my page follow it as well?
2. If I put the follow button, does following automatically make them like my page?
3. Which one in your experience is better to promote on the website?

You must first like a page to be able to follow it, and by default you follow every page that you like.

Get the "facebook like box" for pages and embed it to your homepage. User who like your page will also follow your page automatically.
