So, I got some money, most likely recurring but im not so sure about that :P

So i'm willing to spend $150 on an already established website so it can generate some monthly revenue for future projects. Should I purchase a established website on flippa that is already profitable?

Can I have some tips on purchasing? I see a website I want to buy and its right inside my budget for now. So tell me what I should do.

Thanks for helping

Don't buy off Flippa except if you see a very profitable site that you can turn into huge, buy from Digital Point, they sell sites for cheap because low revenue, but you can do some changes and the site can earn 2x more. Just be clever.

Not a lot of tips beside see the person's history, itrader(if), see his past experience/threads.

ok thanks. heh. im thinking like a investor lol.

So how will i make sure the purchase is safe?

I always weary of buying sites unless they are really cheap. Profit "proof" can always be faked. Also use escrow

now im scared...iight so i should do my research? pay via escrow. Then buy from DP. cool. thanks BHW

if you want to buy profitable site on flippa you need to spend above $500. Due diligence is the key, the site traffic can be faked and also the income. Ask the seller to show you video of his site analytics not screenshots. Check the sellers ratings.

If you are buying a new site, check the keyword, the URL if it's EMD, the keyword competition, CPC,.. etc. It's just like you are building a new site
