Should i pay this much amount for Instagram followers?

I am new in Instagram world. I have an account on cars niche. I contacted accounts owners of cars niche. Most of them are offering me 50k followers in $1500. They said that all followers will be real from their accounts gained via shoutouts. I am a bit confused about the rate. Is it OK to buy 50k followers in $1500. Kindly tell me.

It's very expensive. We bought an organic account with 25k (active and real) followers today for $120 .

Wow, this much? I'm no true expert but to me it seems a bit too expensive, especially for $1500. Be careful!
