I sent them an email asking how this debt was incurred. Should I pay it or just look for another account? The reason I’m hesitant is that this debt seems to have been there for weeks, if not months. I no longer do eBay dropshipping, so I suspect the payment was sent to my Payoneer account. I may have mistaken it for another payment. Recently, I tried to test something with dropshipping on eBay, and that’s when I discovered the debt.
They also sent emails to an old email address I no longer use. Now I’m wondering: is it best to pay the debt and try to restore my account to normal, or should I just move on and focus on building a new account?
