Or does CPC matter?
Should I only write content for keywords with CPC?

You will understand with time that it matters a lot as it directly affects the earnings.

For my blogs, it never really mattered. For some pages, for instance, SEMrush tool showed 0 CPC but they made me $0.3 to $1 CPC. I rather focus on generating traffic by posting articles written around very low KD keywords. That's all.
