Should I move to cloud hosting?

I attached the speed of the website(mobile speed) which I am on shared hosting and recently switched from mythemeshop publisher theme to Generatepress

Is this acceptable or shall I move to Namecheap easywp?

The problem with this shit also, it keeps creating this file, using wp-rocket.

Well, it doesn't seem too much loading time to me.
Seems pretty fine.
Images are webp optimized?

you need to optimize your wowrdpress site switching to clund wont make much change
