Should I monetize now?

Right now I have an 11k insta account that is about 3 months old. It is growing semi-rapidly. I get around 600-800 likes on pictures and sometimes get a little higher, my highest actually being 2300. I was thinking about launching a teespring campaign. I am in the pet niche and it is a niche where people really love their pets.

I was wondering if I can monetize now while growing my account more. I feel like I can make a decent amount of money currently.

If you feel that you can start turning a profit, then it probably is time to monetize. It might not be a cash cow, but you can certainly build an income off of it.

Depending on the specific pet niche, that engagement is not super fantastic, so I'd wait. I'm currently monetizing an account in the pet niche with the same amount of followers but 4-5 times the engagement at min. $100 pr post for product placement.

Should I monetize now?
