Should I make multiple accounts for multiple groups? How to make multiple accts

I am wanting to start multiple groups each with a different profession as the target. I would think that having the creator as part of that profession would add relevance to the group. Just not sure if it would be worth it to make multiple accounts each one saying I work in that field, also use that account to join other groups and recruit people for mine.

If I go this route do I need to set up proxies and different browsers for each account? I would love to hear from someone with more experience in this. I really just started with facebook like 2 weeks ago, my account had been deactivated for the past 7 years
