Hi there dear brothers and sisters! :)
I am kinda new on this forum section because i usually do CPA stuff.
These days i was looking into micro niche websites and saw that you can make some good money if you know what you are doing.
So to be short: i found a keyword (niche) which has the following:
- 22,200 global monthly searches
- 14,800 local monthly searches
- EMD available: .com, .net, .org, .info etc.
- competition medium
It was interesting to see that a lot of people search for this but there is no EMD taken. Let's say it's in the niche of home/garden/diy stuff like that.
Could this be made into a website, ranked in a couple of months and then sold on flippa? Does this have some good revenue potential?
(excuse my English and being such a noob in this kind of things)

You can outsource the website building to others so you can just collect the money when the sites are sold, but that will eat into your profits, it's better to build the sites yourself if you want bigger profits.

People will buy your site only if it makes good revenue otherwise the price offered will be too low. It's better you build the site, rank it and make some revenue for yourself before you flip it. It may take months to reach that level. So make the most out of fiverr to build, add content and rank it.

thank you all for your comments but my main concern is if this thing is doable....i mean, can i reach the front page of G with those numbers? and if i hit numbr1 spot how much visitors/day should i expect? % from the total number?

First things first - building the site is one thing, selling it is another thing. Selling/flipping the site is merely an exit strategy, like it is with any business. But before you can exit, you have to build the business and make it profitable.

I don't know much about building/ranking micro niche sites so I'll leave this part for others to comment. As for flipping it, though - any site that generates revenue and has done it for a while can be sold. One thing to bear in mind, though, is that a site's value increases with age, and the increase is most rapid in the beginning. By keeping your site for 6 months or a year you are guaranteed to get a MUCH better multiple than you would if you'd sell it 2 months after launching it.
