Should I leave my Instagram account? Shadowban?

Hi all!

I have an Instagram account in the fashion Influencer niche (man)

I've always had about 1000-2000 likes per post

In recent weeks it has dropped to 400-500 likes per post with only 2500-3000 impressions

I have fallen in shadowban? I must start another new Instagram account?
My account has 40K followers
The user is @mylifestrife

I would greatly appreciate any help, because right now I don't know what to do or what path to take to succeed again on Instagram.

to know if you have been shadowbanned for sure... just make a new post with an unique hashtag i.e. #username or #fullname then head to see the posts on that particular hashtag. If the post is there... then your account is fine. This could be mainly because instagram has lowered engagement for everyone drastically

You're probably not shadow banned. Check where your audience came from and where it comes from now

Just for the safety of your account. Is there any reason why you think you would be shadow banned?

I can't find any reason, but the commitment has fallen less than half from one day to the next. That's why it makes me think of the shadowban

Do you engage with your followers daily?

If not, I’d recommend going through your list of followers and like 15-20 people’s posts everyday. This’ll help with your engagement.

Agreed, always try to stay in touch with your community. People move from one fab to the next very easily, unless you keep them commited.

From my point of view, good content is not enough anymore. You need to think what would keep them interested and likes for them can help.

No dont leave the account shadowban doesnt stay forever.Just keep posting as usual and try to post viral content for better engagement,your account will be recovered in a week

Have you noticed any changes after you stopped automating the account? The most likely answer is "no", but you're still advised to unlink any bots you've worked with.

Do you show up on hashtags?

Type in your username in search filter and see if your account shows up. Also, don't mention your pages publicly.

Yes, I appear in hashtags, in fact I usually have enough reach in them. The problem is the reach among my own followers

Experiencing this too on random occasions. I'll make a post after taking a break and it'll get twice the number of reach compared to newer posts lol
