Should i keep this VPS?

i got a really good deal on a VPS on black friday, messed with it a little when i first got it, now im thinking about canceling cause i've been paying and not using it, its only $20 a month and for a GOOD package. i didnt register for it using fake info, am i safe on using it for shady stuff or never? i dont know how strict VPS's are..

First of all what company. I have several vps packages everywhere.
 
If you do not intent to use it then leave it and spent these money somewhere else. IT is all depending on what you think to do.
 
If you have no use of VPS then whats the point of throwing away 20$ every month even if it looks cheap. If you intend to use it in coming future, keep it otherwise there is no reason to keep it.
 
For the sake of $20/month, find a reason to use it.

Just quickly looking around the forum they're plenty of methods you could use the vps to help in IM.

LOL why find something just for the sake of utilizing $20.... Cancel it and buy VPS when you need it... Don't buy something which is cheap, buy things which you actually need.

Buying just because something is cheap.... Shopaholic :)
 
Why would you want to keep it, if you have got no use for it? Makes no sense even if you got it really cheep. Good deal or not, atm it's just a money waster.
 
yeah, i know its a waste of money guys..i bought it wanting to do some blackhat, but i didnt register it using fake info...guess i'll just cancel..i made this thread cause i have a few days of it left, hoping to figure out what i can do with it

It all depends what the shady stuff means, better not use a US VPS for that.
You know what happened to Megaupload cause they had Virginia servers...
 
Personally I have found that using multiple "baby accounts" at HG over 1-2 VPS fits my needs much better and saves me money as well...

But yeah $20 for a VPS, I would likely keep it and make some use of it...

What's included in the VPS Package??
 
i found my home pc was much faster than most vps packages available. the only point i can see in a vps is if it comes pre-loaded with tools

what for VPS packages you tried ?
Have you ever tried hostamus ? The vps from them are very quick, the support is great and they are not overloaded. I have a average of 90MB / s download.

The speed from the vps itself is great. I tried some other ones, trustvps / xsserver and burstnet and had no success with it. But perhpas i come on a bad overloaded dedi on all 3. lol

Now i have all my vps and seo pre-loaded tools vps by hostamus and i am lucky at all.

hostamus advertises has having senuke but its a cracked version which doesnt include tbs functionality or pre-created hotmail accounts, i also found that scrapebox worked faster at home. I have 20mb home connection and its plenty for my needs. At the end of the day a vps is only as fast as your proxies and i'm yet to find any proxies which will allow full useage of a 100mb connection

If you are paying $20 only I would really try to figure a way to make use of it.

OR maybe someone here will buy it from you?? A monthly $70 lifetime saving is probably worth a few $$$'s
 
I'd take over your VPS if you don't want it and if they allowed it :P Drop me a msg ;)

How many IPs does it come with?
What VPS company?
Linux or Windows?

Seems pretty cheap for those specs! I could always use another VPS!
