I have an account with 2700 followers. I get 200 followers/day (no botting, follow unfollow, etc). As of now, the account generates 100-120 unique clicks per day and EPC is $0.09.

Is it worth continuing to grow it? Will it become more profitable or am I wasting my time?

Keep it up mate! If you are losing your passion and hope, just sell it.
 
It really depends on how much time you spend on this project.
Let's say, you earn here $1 an hour but in your country min wage is $10 then you could only do it part-time.

Are you getting paid for clicks as well?
 
Generating multiple main accounts is best way, as passive income, I recommend you to account as much as you can.
 
You can always grow the account more to get more, but if you feel like is in a good position dedicate half the time you usually do and try to create another account and get more profits or try in a different niche, as long as you keep working on it is ok.

EPC = Earnings per click
