I'm also like you m8....just start doing ONE thing first and then try to UPSCALE it...don't think about anything else until you either succeed in it or fail in it :)

Stop thinking and analyzing things. I have come up with an exceptional idea to tackle the problem of procrastination which comes with a habit of excessive thinking. It's about fooling your mind. Just say to your mind that I will think of the idea, the moment I am done with this work, or it's better if you said, "Lemme work for a while, then I will spend time on thinking". Once you start doing this, then you may end up training your subconscious to fool your mind, and this way you'd win over the procrastination that comes with excessive thinking. Since past few months I have been using Pomodoro technique and it has done wonders. Internet has been slowly but steadily draining our creativity and concentration ability. This is where Pomodoro technique comes handy. According to this technique, you've to work for 25 minutes, then take break of 5 minutes, and then again start working for 25 minutes. Take again a 5 minutes break. This way you can end up completing lots of tasks because human brain works faster and better when it has a target and predetermined goal, and I am not saying, it was said by the legendary Steven Covey. All the best. Cheers :)

Just do it. IM should be like - "Dog chasing cars, keep running until owner gets out of the car". Just keep going after one method until it shows you result, with some due diligence with method and scaling and moving onto something else ofcourse lol.

The reason it's on your mind is because you havent clarified the outcome that you want (goal) and the next action that you need to take towards achieving it. Your mind becomes confused and keeps re running things until you tell it what the purpose of the goal is. e.g i want to exercise 20 mins a day so i can loose 10kg and fit into a size m.

To get it off your mind you need to set your goal and put it in a system you will trust and review frequently - eg notebook/diary
then you need to list the very next step/action you need to do.
If the action will take less than 2 minutes then do it straight away.
If its a bigger task set aside the time and then do it.:D
