I've got a newbie question should I install W3 Total Cache before
my plugins & theme or after there installed.

I'll do it after there all installed if it don't make a difference then.

If before like me u still have to empty the cache after installing so many plugins..
If its at the end most likely u wont have to empty the cache but have had sometimes that u had 2..
Either way it still takes u the same amount of time and effort

definitely after because part of the install process requires finding all of the .css and .js files, and these will vary depending on the theme you are using. so in order to install it properly, you need to have your theme already installed. theres an ebook somewhere in the downloads section that explains how to do all of it except for the CDN which is pretty much overkill unless you are getting huge amounts of traffic. id recommend checking the ebook out though, its quite helpful

Want people to see the change straight away? Made that mistake briefly the other day ... changed my sidebar for a wp site and went back to the page and it had not changed. Swore black and blue and then was DOH! ... clear cache then reploy. Remember it most times, but easy to forget when doing multiple things.
