Should I hide my subcount for a new channel?

I know personally I am often put off by channels with low subs. Dont ask me why, I just am and i've read others are the same. I could be in the minority however. Is it worth it to hide subs at the beginning while you are growing or just leave them?

I feel like there's some truth to it as I feel the same way.
Not only the subs itself but also the number of videos contributes to that.

If I see an account with low subs and barely any videos I'm probably not going to subscribe.

Do A/B test. I usually don't like when people hide likes/subs/comments/etc.

I haven’t done anything on Youtube as a creator, but as a viewer I can say the same - hidden likes and subs is often a red flag for me that it is some kind of spam/fake news etc.

As a creator I would prefer hiding
As a viewer hidden sub count is kind of suspicious.
I don't know what the midway is.

It can be good or bad. In my opinion it does not matter much because maybe people will support you if content is good.

It depends on how you think , if you think in a positive way ( in my mind - you can do any you wish ) its not a big problem tho

Its ur choice to showup or not
But I always subscribe channel with high quality content irrespective of subs
