Hi,

I have 2 goals to achieve, 1 is health and another is wealth.

But I wonder if I should focus on 1 goal at a time.

Thanks.

The two are interwoven; they are both very necessary in life. You need number 1 to achieve number 2. Remember, health, they say, is wealth. So, achieving number 1 will enable you to achieve number 2. Go for the two.

Focus on one in the beginning, I would focus on health, improve your lifestyle with the way you eat and exercise (this can also save money, if you shop for food wisely, and possibly do things like bike rather than drive/bus). When you are feeling healthier you will for sure feel more motivated to continue progressing and then you can involve ways of improve you financial situation.

Yes, by health I mean to lose weight and by wealth I mean to make certain amount of money. Should I focus on 1 at a time until I reach it, then start the 2nd goal or try to achieve both at the same time, that's my question.

Thanks.

Focus on the two. However, give more time to health. After you have fully achieved your health goal, then you can give more time to making money.
