Should I go private or public? [Flippa]

Basically Im deciding if I should sell my website using public or private sale.

My website is not ranking well on Google/Bing but enjoys its high returning visitor stats. I would like them not to be able to look at my website ( as it contains 20 odd pages only ) which could be copied and used on their website ( or basically stealing my niche). Also I would really like to sell it asap, as I need money now. With verified adsence earnings of $250/mo what reserve limit should I go for?

And also which payment system should I use?

You don't really need a private auction for a site that only makes a few hundred a month. Can't really give you a valuation with the information provided above, so go with a valuation/reserve you are comfortable with.
