They're computer related. They aren't buyer keywords so I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to go with Adsense to make the most money out of them.

The thing is when I search the "Exact" match for the 18k keywords on google they bring back 1-2 million results. There aren't any authority sites on these results either, but would it still be too difficult?

Check the top 10 results using the Market Samurai SEO tool.

So you can view the On-page SEO/Backlinks etc that the TOP 10 have for the keyword you wish to target.

How is the CPC so high when the competition is so low?

I think that mean less company spend money on this keywords but they bid high.

ok well the little bar that says competition you actually want that to be full or at least halfway. A lot of people don't realize this is an adwords tool. so if your running adwords go for these words BUT if this is for adsense it might not be the best words to go for because competition doesn't mean ranking competition. That being said they may still be good to go for if you can look at the competition for the top 10 sites.

We've been through this a million times. That competition bar means NOTHING to do with organic competition. That is simply the competition to bid on Adwords for that. Those could all be HORRIBLY tough keywords and still show up as "low" by Google. Google hates blackhatters who target keywords, this tool is not very useful to us as such for gauging competition levels.

Adwords is a near worthless tool IMO. Try Market Samurai or some other tool that is for organic.

you are right ... but I think you didn`t get the point....
If that adwords competition is week, means that there are few advertiser witch are competing for that keyword... and so from that cpc of 7.00$ you can even get 0.01$/ad....
and that is not so good

Exactly what I was about to say.

This is one of the keyword's top 10 SEO competitors. I really don't know if those are good or not, I'm assuming the red cells are bad lol.

Adwords competation is very low for these keywords. Even if you rank you won't be able to make money with these keywords. Just drop these and search for other keywords.

OK, thanks bro.

Thanks everyone you guys saved me a ton of money and time because I never knew the bar wasn't for SEO competition and I was gonna spend alot on SEO and linkbuilding. This is why I love BHW.

I would say go for it - if you get a good domain and don't rely on adsense.

But it'd be great if some other members could say something about those market samurai results.
I personally don't fully understand the meaning of the colors.
Take the title column for example:
Why is Y (Yes) in one row green, in another yellow, and in another red?
