Should I go for DMCA free hosting ?

Hello,
Im planning to make a website for fake games crack. Should I use a DMCA free hosting ? Or can I host my website on Godaddy for example ? I already have a website hosted with godaddy. Will they get the same ip if I host them on godaddy ?

I heard that it's bad for seo to have its websites hosted on the same ip, is that true ? (I plan to link them)

Yes it would be good idea to go for dmca free hosting.

If you have multiple websites on same host, yes, they will have same IP.

If it's bad for seo, I don't think so. I have a bunch of sites on the same host and they are ranking fine.

I recommend you have 2 hosts: one for your normal sites, one off-shore for your dmca free sites.
 
Offshore hosting tends to be pricey reletive to non-offshore. So if possible try that first and keep backups up to date that way if something does happen you can just switch everything to the offshore.

also ive heard bad things about go daddy and illegal content. if possible id go somewhere else. They'll instantly cancel your account as soon as a complain comes in.

But all cracks i'll provide are fake, is it still considered as illegal ?
 
They will send dmca regardless if it is real or fake.
You should note affiliate managers are starting to shut down affiliates promoting fake lockers now.
 
Immoral yes but illegal no. The only way it would be illegal is if there is an exchange for goods of service. If you are charging them money on your site for the "hacks" then you should go to a dmca free host. However, as long as it is set up as a means of information even if it is flawed because they aren't truly getting the hacks you should be fine.

As mentioned previously here it also matters how you plan to monetize this site.

the people filing DMCAs dont actually check if it's real or fake... in fact there not even people. DMCAs are filed mostly by bots that go around finding illegal content.

I would personally say never put even 2 websites on the same IP if you plan to link them. Google will nullify all link juice between the sites if it thinks its a pbn.
 
I need to know one more thing. Can I use any domain provider ? Or should I go for a domain that is DMCA free ? (i dont even know if that exists lmao)
 
If you plan to interlink them, then go for diff host for each one!

Do a reverse search on warez sites and other niches who would get dmca's and see who they use.
Rogue pharma for instance uses internet.bs mainly

But if you do a quick google search you will see even internet.bs complies with dmca requests.
