Should I go and try this niche?

Hello,
I want to open new dropshipping store, I have already setup everything and the website is ready, I just haven't decided if I really want go for this niche.

I use Moz Keyword Explorer to get more information about my keywords, The thing is that the competition is 30-40 on Moz and on Google it's High.
I'm learning SEO in the last 3-4 months and I just don't know if I will do it right and get to the first page...

The competition is too high or should I go for it?
I know that I'm going to start and I will see results just after few months, I know that I won't give up.

Don't just rely on one tool, as good as Moz is. Run it through Semrush, KW Finder, KE Revealer too.
Check out the top 5 or 10 sites manually, are they authority sites ?

There's too many keyword sellers who through out a low comp KW Revealer keyword and don't provide anything else.
 
It sounds like you've done it the wrong way around. You should be sussing out your competition before creating your content to compete. You stand a chance (possibly, we don't know the niche) but you will need to focus on it full time for those 4 months to see any progress.

I've bought a domain that will suite every niche (Got and expired one).

The top sites are authority sites...
I will try few more tools.

Hello buddy. There is not good thing available today that has no competition. The best thing you can do is be able to offer more quality services compared to other companies. You need to get enough research done in the above sector so that you know what you are dealing with.
 
If you have a good knowledge about your chosen niche then keep going because everything is competitive so Keep analyzes it. Also, make plannings and searching whatever you need and don't give up. Good luck to you!
 
Thank you all for the replies, I've just found other niche that I'm more familiar with, Less competition, High opportunity by Moz and a lot of monthly searches.
Also the products prices will be good for dropshipping.
Before I start I will make more research and than start when I know everything and have confident.

I will also think about opening a thread in My Journey forum.

i use ahref tools for keywords
i mean it just enough for my PBN's
 
Use Google trends to find the keyword search by the visitors in Google. If your keyword that search is in the high peak for the recent trend then better to go for it. Best of luck mate. :)
 
I would say just go for it as you might as well be able to make something out of it.
