Should i get another hosting with this,

is there any footprint here,
And only site D have private whois,others have the same i don't know is that could be a footprint

Well it depends what you're doing with those sites, if it's whitehate you shouldn't stress too much, if it's complete blackhat you can never be too sure. If you're going to use Hosting C for multiple sites, you're going to want to get a dedicated IP and custom nameserver for each site. You can also "hide in plain site" by using a host that uses a single nameserver for several thousand domains.

Well,it depends,if you are building a PBN ,then its better you get different cheap hostings, that way,the likelyhood of establishing a footprint can be none.
