Should I flip my site for $150?

Hello, I am selling my site on flippa ( n u 3 . o r g ) .. you may search it there

It's my first time on there and a user has offered me $150... I replied and asked for half of the price it's selling there (buy it now) which would be $219.50.. still waiting for the reply on that

The listing is online since yesterday, what would you suggest?
- Take that $150
- Sell it for $219.50 if he accepts
- Wait until it ends

Thanks in advance for your suggestions, please explain your opinions

That seems like a fair price, how much traffic/revenue does it get?

Traffic last month was 8100 uniques, 43k hits
revenue shirked in the last time since i stopped building backlinks, but it can make a bit

wait until it makes a little profit , and then sell it even more

Where's the rush? Do you really need the money now? You can wait a little more, and sell it for a lot more. It depends to what are your current needs OP

Oh, well I need the money to invest it in new websites, thats why I have now sold it for $220
