Should I even appeal my ebay suspension?

I been suspended to due some "security reasons" and now they want me to verify my identity by faxing a couple papers of information. I rather not go through all this ordeal and not get my ebay account back. Its a good account, my personal one. 63 feedbacks , 100 percent, from the good ole USA also:usa:

anyways, should i not even try and just make a new ebay/paypal account?

Yes, new ip, new email address, new bank account numbers....

Fax or lose it.
The Ebay cock suckers dont listen they high and mighty. They think

EVen if you fax it is lottery whether you get your account back or not.

ya, thats wat i was thinkin. I shouldnt even try, but now i gotta pay 90 bucks in seller fees for stuff that was sold but I never got payment yet. WTF

Don't waste your time. Get a few new accounts, rack up a ton of seller fees and stiff them just like they stiffed you. Put them out of business if they keep getting stiffed. I hope they go under, or change.

I got the same thing..

I sent in: Altered DL, Utility bill(matched it with the addrss on file), and some pics of inventory.


Been a few days no word yet.

Kinda happened to me too a while back, but am in the UK and was given the choice of a phone call verification as well as the send details verification.
It depends if you really need that account with only 60 odd feedbacks.
Mine was a tad more so i did the phone thingy and got mine back.

From my experience its a waste of time, if you really need to appeal for it. Maybe try a lawyer to write a letter.

I just got my expired notice since my eBay PN had been dormant for a year of so. I wrote them a kind, friendly letter outlining my plan for this year, but same result. They don't care. What's up with that.
