Should I do anything with this old domain?

So I have an old domain that I used some time ago.. https://gyazo.com/701eda5a78684a7560fab1d99ba28b35

1. I read about using domains for link juice, is this worthless based on the image I posted above?

2. Am I supposed to just do a URL redirect to my website or is there more to it than that? Am I supposed to upload content / article on the website?

Redirect it to your site. With such little info, nobody can tell you what to do.

How many RD does it possess ? Still you can do a redirect, it cannot harm unless there are spam links pointing to them

So would I just go to domain settings and "Redirect URL"?

And is this what I would do with expired domains too (if I were to purchase expired domains with ranking)? Just setup a redirect?

What about the contents and the metrics??? If it is of good quality ..you can redirect it.

You can redirect for now or add backlinks to the website. You can do this now so that you can plan what to do in the future.
