Should I disavow these bad links?

I have a pretty weird situation. I have a new site that is a very small niche. I didn't build any links and already have decent rankings because it's such a small niche. After letting it sit for a bit I ordered a service from someone here that I've used a few times. A few days later there's like 80 links built to my site, a lot of them are quite crappy though. Amazingly enough my rankings and keywords shot up a large amount. But the problem is 90% of the anchors are the two keywords I gave the seller and the rest are linked people's names from comments and review pages. Seller said they haven't started working on my site yet and to be fair it is usually 10-20 days before I've seen work in the past. However, the only two keywords I gave him are the ones that 90% of the links are made with. Now my rankings are great but my anchor ratio is terrible and most of the links are ugly, .jp, .ru and a bunch of crap. Should I disavow these links? I assume next update or in the near future it'll get slapped. I don't know what to do. I'd like to show some vets here the backlinks if they'd take a minute to look and see what they think?

You can.

I disavow things that I did not create myself. I want to be able to control my entire link profile (to the best of my ability obviously).

There's a few things you should know though:

- Google doesn't really consider/factor in certain types of spam links. Regardless of them being picked up on site audits or analytics, they ignore certain spammy links & procedures.
- Disavowing can be fast or long. Sometimes it takes a few months to see those links fall off. Sometimes it doesn't. In my experience, it's been at minimum 1 month, usually more.
