Should I disavow no follow links?

I made a blog comment on a website and somehow the comment now got featured on all pages of that domain.

So I ended up getting up to 100 ( according to google webmaster) and 700 ( according to Ahrefs) no follow blog comment backlinks.

And I got only 1 do-follow from it!

My site is a new one and ahrefs stats are something like this :

750 backlinks - 5 referring domains

My site on GSC :

I know no-follow means that google won't follow that link and has no juice, but can it hurt my site?

Most likely it won't be a problem, so do not worry. Keep doing your SEO as usual.
 
If your site is not marked with a penalty, you may ignore all these altogether and no harm done. Furthermore that link is a no follow link, thus, there is very little impact from such a link, as mostly the link juice does not flow through such a link.
But if you receive a manual penalty, then yes, disavow it - if you do not receive such a thing, do not attempt to do such a thing. Links are all naturally flowing online, thus it is natural to have your links appearing in other places.
In fact, having a no follow link can gradually allow you to build authority to your site in the process.

Do the link building from various other sources, keeping the business relevancy during link creation in the mind.
 
Unless the link is from a blatantly bad neighborhood in Google's eyes, don't worry about it. You do need some no-follow links so that your backlink profile does not look artificial, which can also lead a site to be less highly ranked. Get no-follow links from the most high traffic sites you can. The fact that they are ignored for ranking purposes can be used to improve your organic direct traffic, which Google will interpret as indirectly giving your page more natural authority for ranking purposes.
 
No it's not a problem. Just avoid blog commenting for now. But these no follow backlinks won't hurt your website.
