Should I delete old posts that are not getting any traffic?

what is your purpose to have rss content in first place? All your post is imported from rss?

Of course, if it's not your own content, why have it? if you were getting traffic it would be another thing, but you'd better delete it.
 
I don't why people talk about traffic, is if a strength factor nowdays?

@OP, does they have any backlinks? and Does it rank for any keywords?

If both are know then they are just dragging your website down as they diluting your website strength

If you are getting no traffic to the old posts, just delete them.
 
If that post cannot be improved or updated , it is best to delete it
 
There are more old posts than just updating some of them. Consequently, traffic will increase
