Should I delete copyrighted clip before applying for monetezation?

As I typed the title, the answer seems to be quite obvious. But I am just gonna ask to be sure.

So I have this clip that might have copyright on it. Should I delete it before applying for adsense?
I am afraid those clips will affect my chance of getting accepted.

Note. I am using Social Media Panels. So the 4000 watch ours and subscribers is not coming from those clips.
