Should i create a adult website

I know how to get NSFW traffic from Reddit but I don't know how an adult website works in full so here's my question

If I pay someone to create an adult website for me (There's a sales thread for it here ) the website will come with 10000 niche specific videos) should I just keep sending traffic to the website from Reddit or do I need to somehow download videos from another website and then reupload to my website. This has been a bothering question for me

Yes, this is a severe question and another thing is will the WordPress plugins auto-generate videos for me?
 
If you pay people, you'll get a WP-script website with a bunch of videos with duplicated content (titles & descriptions) - which is not good for SEO.

Advice:

if you're planning for the long-run with the adult website, consider looking at KVS as your platform - and write your own titles & descriptions (if not hire a VA to help you out).

You mean using a KVS plugin on wordpress or running the website solely on KVS?
 
It's not only about letting someone install a website for you, it's about running, updating and caring for it. If you are up for this and want to make it your business - then sure, go for it.
 
+1 for KVS if you eventually decide to build an adult website
 
I've already seen several of these questions in a couple of days. Find out first what the laws are in your country. If your country has a small criminal responsibility for distribution of pornography, then you can take your chances. In my country, for example, the prison sentence is up to 5 years. That's why the risk is not justified.
 
Unless you are ready to go for a sub-sub-niche i wouldn't recommend it. You need expensive backlinks if you are going for a general one
