I am in so much pain. This feels suffocating.

From graph, I'm assuming you have stopped or don't post content. If that is the case then you need to post more content and that too target low competition keywords which is easy to rank or else it is hard for it work. Also, this numbers are much better than mine. I also had stopped posting content and then recently in last 3 months have started posting content while targeting low competition keywords and you can see some improvement from the below image

Your average CTR is nice. Take heart from that and start creating more content like this.
How many articles do you have on your site and what is the posting frequency?

Most of the pages are /feed that are not indexed.

You should continue, You haven't felt enough pain to quit just yet. Keep going, it gets way better and way worse, and than better agian, And than maybe worse a couple more times, than better. The point is you have to stop tying your emotions to your sites and just keep grinding!
