Should I chargeback ? False advertising

Hello, I bought some youtube subscribers from an smm panel ( This smm panel don't have a thread here)
The description was " 500 per day ", today I checked the sub count and it seem I'm only receiving 30-40 sub per day, which is really far away from the description

I ordered this service only for the speed and nothing else, I feel scammed, do you think I should chargeback ? its basically false advertising

Have to spoken to them about this and given them chance to resolve it? That would be the first thing to do.

Its already done im waiting for their reply, but i think they will probably refuse

contact them and ask them to refund or to resolve the problem .. if they refused or didnt answer within 24 to 48 hours just chargeback as this is considered a scam and a false advertisimg for sure .

I would refund it. Only after you talk to them and figure out what's going wrong. If they make excuses or ignore you, you know what to do.
