Should I Buy This ?

im trying to get my hands on this pr5 domain ; Ldans.org

its been droped and been a couple of months emepty yet it still holds pr. it wused to be a medical site back in 04 . the owner wants $30 for it.

should i take it or leave. how do i check if pr is real , is there a risk of pr dropping cz its been dropped and re-registered and empty for a compuple of months but still hold pr.

what do you think let me know , please thanks

Its not a bad price but it is dropped. Backlink profile is pretty weak. Could nearly guarantee pr is going to drop (and hard) during the next refresh.

I would not recommend buying it for $30.

And to maintain PR just first get who is for it

And then backlinks

Blogrolls are the good option

can i turn around and flip it or something like dat and if i do make it into a link directory lets say. whats the safest way to know that the pr will stik. ?
