Hello guys.
I'm still trying to build my PBN network. So far I just have 1 domain.
I found a domain with good metrics.
DA 31
PA 35
TF 20
CF 20
Backlinks: 140, all naturals and not spammed

The only problem is this is has been used as 301 in the past.
But this domain wasn't used as 301 from some seos, but from the owner of the domain, the one who made great this domain.
He simply changed domain name and then used 301 to new domain.

What do you suggest? It's worth to be used as PBN?
If so, how much money do you think it worth?

What is the tld of it, is it a .com or .org ?

None of them, it's just a local tld from my country.

What do you think about the past 301? Should I avoid this domain due this?

If all is clean it doesnt matter. You can get it

Thank you guys,
I finally register this domain.

Anyway, this site had a lot of contents.
Something like 50 pages of articles.
I cannot simply rip this articles because they are still alive in the new domain.

What should I do about content?

I have a similar problem. Been offered a domain with great metrics and no spam but its still in auction(2 weeks away from expiring) so not expired but the owner wants to sell. If u type it in google it redirects to the owners new site. I was wondering if this would be a problem when i buy it

Stats look great. For me, the domain is fine since the owner only moved it to a new website and it wasn't redirected for SEO purposes.
