There is a plugin that I can get for my site that ...
Provides Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for Title, Description, Keywords as well as customized additional headers for standard pages. It also support XML sitemap file building for your site contents including core site map menu urls, user profile urls, and popular plugin page view urls via site map channel API. Easy submit sitemap to major search engine like Google, Yahoo,Yandex, Bing thru Update Notification (ping) etc..

Is it a good idea to buy it ?

PS: question could sound stupid but i'm newbie, any help is appreciated.

Yoast is good enough for wordpress.. The plug in you have described looks like the paid(pro) version of All in one SEO. HowardHughes shared it recently , you will find it free in downloads.

Before spending money buying seo plugins search first for cracked version of the plugin in google. In most of the time you will find one. Otherwise, for what you are asking it can be done with free seo plugin.

Yoast SEO is good and it's free.

No need to spend money on frivolous things.

Like others have said, Yoast SEO can do all that and more. No need to part with your cash for something that is free, and probably better. This plug-in gets several updates a month it seems, and is rock solid in my opinion.
