Should I buy ScrapeBox?

Hi,

I have good experience in Data Scrapping and I uses PHP cURL and other data extraction tools to scrape content from websites. I have recently joined BHW and heard a lot about ScrapeBox on BHW.

I have no knowledge of SEO and how to do it. In this semester I have a subject names "Web Searching Technologies & Search Engine Optimization (WST-SEO)".I want to be a professional SEO.

Shoud I have to buy ScrapeBox? How can I use ScrapeBox? What can be do with ScrapeBox?

Scrapebox is an invaluable tool if you use it properly. Yes it's worth buying. Search the forum and you'll find tons of threads on Scrapebox and methods to use it.
 
Scrape box is a grate tool and honestly it dose to many things for me to name . If your just getting into SEO scrape box would be a very good investment .
 
is better to make your own scripts if you know how. You can't automatize the things on scrapebox like you can do on your own script
 
If you can make your own scripts - that's fine.
If however the tasks you want to do are what scrapebox already does, then making your own scripts is a waste of time.
Why create something that already exists and is dirt cheap, regularly updated and has a great user/help community?

If however you want to do something unique and different then write your own scripts, or get a script bot (Ubot or Zenno)

It really depends what you want to do.

Before buying tools maybe you should consider how you want to make money first, put a marketing program together and then implement the tools needed. SB is great by the way!

Can you list things which can be done with ScrapeBox?
 
There is not a set list of what you can do with Scrapebox. The possibilities are endless. You'd be surprised to know how most people use Scrapebox, apart from blog commenting.

For the price you can get it for, it is a definite must have tool.
 
ScrapeBox is best Tool, highly recommend tool, i will suggest you before buy check some Youtube video as well.
 
Get SB. Period. It was originally made for the purpose of scraping search results to find relevant blogs to make comments on, while adding a backlink for other folks on the blog to visit. Then later it was found that the backlinks created were awesome for SEO. These days however it shouldn't be used for building tons of backlinks directly to your moneysite because of the of new changes with Ggl, but folks are still using it to make backlinks to the higher tiers of their link wheels.

Besides scraping and commenting it comes with around 30 addons you can install that will help do other tasks with your search results. A lot of times I see some really great tools that are shared here on BHW but I don't bother to check them out because SB already does it, and better.

It's worth the investment, it's like the hammer in your toolbox. You may not use it everyday, but when you do you're so thankful you have it.

On a post on BHW someone shared a mediafire link for the PDF Ultimate Scrapebox Advantage. You should read it. It doesn't cover everything SB can do but it can introduce you to the power of it.

If you can develop your own script then do that but if you wanna see how scrapebox works then you can make a purchase of it. But since you will be working using PHP cURL, I ain't sure if scrapebox would help you much (Apart from getting to know how the software actually works)
 
Is there any member of BHW who is expert in cURL? If yes then please provide answer of following question.

Can we do every thing using PHP cURL which can be done using ScrapeBox?

As many have already mentioned; Scrapebox is a worthy purchase. Besides running blog comments, you can use for all kinds of features such as mass domain/URL PR check, List Filtering, Grabbing E-mails, Scrapping Expiring Domains, etc..
 
You still haven't brought it? Dont listen to others, this tool has a lot of features that can be used even in current times.
 
It's worth every penny. But, you have to learn how to use it effectively or else you'll end getting no results. As with the others post above, read and watch reviews, tips and tricks in using this cheap yet effective swiss army knife in IM.
 
Scrapebox is great.
Scrapebox + included addons is extraordinary.

Buy it, watch some tutorials and become a scrapebox master. ;)
