Should i buy scrape box?

My answer is Yes, but it is somewhat conditional. Yes, you should buy it, but you need to be careful. Scrapebox doesn't have a button you click that immediately ranks all of your sites (obviously, yet unfortunately). The tool is only as valuable as the user.
My advice is that you should get it, but once you either have a good understanding of how it works, or when you are ready to put in a lot of time to learn. It is a fairly simple program, however, if used improperly it can actually hurt your sites.

You say you don't know how to build links - if you mean this literally, do not buy SB yet. Learn about links, where to build links, link types etc before you purchase any software.
Automated software is designed to make all jobs/tasks for SEO purposes quicker/easier, and is not an answer to replace any link building method IMO. SB has many uses - people use it to hit lots of backlinks, although this isn't it's only purpose, and isn't always the best way to use the program.
You don't need software to build links, and I am sure there are many people on this forum who don't own a copy of Xrumer/SB and rank their sites on the first page.
If you know about SEO and building backlinks, then SB will help you speed this process up, my advice is just don't buy any bot or software thinking it will be the holy grail of building links and ranking your sites - that comes from experience and knowledge.

If you get scrapebox, you could build link faster than before, the add-ons of scrapbox are really very helpful.

No, you should not buy scrapebox. If you don't even know why you should buy a tool or how the tool will help you, DON'T BUY. You just waste your money.

Scrapebox is more or less considered the "swiss army knife" of SEO. It's multi-function, and you get as much out of it as you want. Your effort level is going to determine how useful it is for you. However, that being said, my advice would be to get it. The majority of its basic features justify its price alone and I'm willing to bet you'll use it forever.
