Hi there, is it better to register new domain or buy aged domain as money site ?

If aged domain then how it would be possible to get a keyword related aged domain. For example, if my keyword is dogtraining, I would like to have a website like dogtrainingblog.com or dogtraining-now.com etc

But how is it possible to get these as aged domains ?

Suggestions are appreciated.

Well, personally we I created my website four years ago, I simply wanted a particular name, which was owned by someone else. So, I made the offer and got it. Just my luck, it was 10+ years old and help a lot with rankings out the gate. So, I say if possible, find an aged domain, however set a max price that you are willing to pay.

My niche is [cityname] taxi. The guy who has had the EMD has had it since like 1995 and won't sell it to anyone. I know he turned down $10,000. In the mean time he does nothing at all with it.

By the domain name you want. Build your page, do your on and off page SEO correctly and watch it blossom. I have a site that is 90 days old and PR3 already. It is not that hard. It will be more difficult depending on your niche.

If you want any domain name check all about domain like which is best history , redialing fast and so on... if your keyword is dogtraining, firstly check competitor of site along with this keyword that's easy to analysis and making seo strategy.

Would rather choose new good name that I really like than something aged with PR, etc., but not relevant...

I think the common way to do this is to buy aged domain with good backlinks, then 301 redirect it to new keyword-related domain

If it is going to be a branded product or company then obviously get a new domain that corresponds with your brand/product

My rule is go with what is best. I check expired domains, then available domains. If I can't find any there then I look for existing domains that may be for sale.

The problem with buying some aged domains is their link profiles are awful which can actually make it very hard to rank the site. When buying any domain that's not brand new make sure you do the required amount of research or you could be wasting a lot of money.
